If the ordered product matches the description but doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it by handing it to the delivery person and covering the delivery charge.

You may exchange any unused item purchased from Export Robe within 3 days of the purchase date.
If the same item is not in stock, you may choose any other product of equal value or opt for a full cash refund.
Please note: In case of returning a product for a cash refund, courier/transportation costs must be borne by the customer.
